Using any of that content or information without the prior permission of SkyEnGen and/or its affiliates may infringe the rights of SkyEnGen and/or its affiliates, and we will pursue the legal liability of those who do so. If you need to use any of it for promotion, display or any other purpose, please obtain the prior permission of SkyEnGen and its affiliates first.

To keep the SkyEnGen website running in good order and efficiently, no one may — without the permission of SkyEnGen and/or its affiliates — themselves conduct, authorise or assist a third party in conducting address scanning, network port scanning, operating-system probing or other scanning and/or probing of the SkyEnGen website and its systems, or obtain or use any content of the SkyEnGen website without authorisation, including by using robots, spiders or similar programs or devices to monitor, copy, distribute, display, mirror, upload or download it.

SkyEnGen takes the security of your information seriously. In general, visiting the SkyEnGen website does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, fax number or email address, unless you choose to fill in a form attached to one of our pages or write to us directly by email.
